Terms & Conditions

Version: terms_v1

1. Scope & acceptance

These terms govern the purchase of event tickets on booking.christuniversity.in, operated by Christ (Deemed to be University) (Christ University Arts & Events). By purchasing a ticket you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Tickets & entry

A ticket is valid only for the selected event, date, and seat/admission type. Entry is subject to venue rules and, where required, valid photo identification and ticket verification at entry checkpoints. The organiser may refuse entry where a ticket cannot be validated.

3. Pricing, taxes & fees

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes and any convenience/payment fees are shown before you pay; the amount displayed at checkout is the amount charged. Seat availability is real-time and may change before checkout is completed.

4. Payment & confirmation

Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, subject to availability). Your order and seat are confirmed only after successful payment capture and order confirmation. If payment fails, no ticket is issued.

5. Ticket delivery

Tickets are delivered digitally (by email with a QR code, and in My Tickets). See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

6. Ticket use, QR codes & resale

Each ticket QR code admits one valid entry. Duplicate, screenshotted-and-shared, tampered, or already-scanned codes will be refused. Tickets are for personal use and must not be resold for commercial gain. Keep your ticket confidential — anyone presenting a valid QR code may be admitted.

7. Buyer responsibilities

You are responsible for entering a correct, working email address at checkout and for safeguarding your ticket. Please include your order number when contacting support.

8. Cancellations, refunds & reschedules

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In case of organiser cancellation or a major reschedule, eligible refund or transfer instructions are shared by email.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the organiser's liability in connection with a ticket is limited to the ticket price paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase.

11. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. For any question or grievance, see our Contact page or write to musicstudiobookings@christuniversity.in.
