1. Tickets and Entry

Tickets purchased on this platform are valid only for the selected show, date, and seat. Entry is subject to venue rules, valid identification when required, and ticket verification at checkpoints.

2. Pricing and Availability

Seat availability is real-time and may change before checkout is completed. A seat is confirmed only after successful payment capture and order confirmation.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Razorpay. Supported methods can include UPI, cards, and netbanking, based on live availability and issuing bank/app support.
