Digital tickets only — no physical delivery
Christ University Arts & Events sells digital event tickets only. No physical goods are shipped, and there are no shipping charges of any kind.
How your ticket is delivered
After your payment is confirmed, your ticket — with a unique QR code — is delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. It is also available at any time under My Tickets on this website.
Delivery time
Tickets are issued after payment confirmation (on receipt of the payment provider's confirmation) — typically within a few minutes. During periods of high demand, delivery may occasionally take a little longer.
Didn't receive your ticket?
First check your email spam/promotions folder and your My Tickets page. If it is still missing, contact musicstudiobookings@christuniversity.in with your order details. We respond to delivery issues within 5–7 working days (usually much sooner) and re-send your ticket.
