Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 24 July 2026

Version: refund_cancellation_v1

1. General policy

Unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific event, tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable once a purchase has been successfully completed. Certain events may set their own refund terms, which are shown on the event page.

2. When a refund applies

  • Organiser cancellation or major reschedule — you are eligible for a refund or a transfer, per the instructions we send.
  • Duplicate charge — if you were charged more than once for the same order.
  • Failed transaction with debit — if money was debited but no ticket/order was confirmed (see section 4).

3. How to request a refund

Email musicstudiobookings@christuniversity.in with your order number, the name and email used at checkout, and the payment/transaction reference. This helps us locate and verify your order quickly.

4. Failed or duplicate payments

If a payment fails, no ticket is issued. Where an amount was debited without a confirmed ticket, it is normally auto-reversed by your bank / the payment provider within a few working days. If it is not reversed, contact us with your transaction reference and we will help resolve it.

5. Review & processing timeline

We acknowledge refund requests within 48 hours. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days; the exact time to reflect in your account depends on your bank / payment provider's timelines.

6. Event cancellation or reschedule

In case of organiser-initiated cancellation or major reschedule, eligible refund or transfer instructions are shared with affected attendees by registered email.

7. Support & grievances

For refund queries, contact musicstudiobookings@christuniversity.in with your order details. Unresolved complaints can be escalated to our grievance contact — see the Contact page.
